Leads Bucks can be applied as folio credit after Agency Growth Program lead vendor expenses have been incurred
Premium Tier:
- Determines the number of quarters of bonus eligibility
- Receive up to $500 per month in Agency Growth Program lead opportunity credits based on the applicable monthly new business bonus tier
- Example: An agent who qualifies for the Tier A bonus for Q2 would receive $500 per month in Agency Growth Leads Bucks for Q2

Bonus percentages and production requirements
- Achieve the accumulated quarterly production requirements and receive an additional bonus based on applicable net NB commissions paid1
- Example: $153,000 applicable Net NB Commissions (and 66 Life I&P) x 30% for Tier A = $45,900 bonus in addition to the NB commissions and any Monthly NB Bonuses for an agent with less than $200,000 in applicable GFP
- Bonus paid in 12 equal installments the following year
